Your flexible spending accounts (FSA), and health savings accounts (HSA) dollars can be used towards new 7eye prescription eyewear. So whether you're using an FSA or HSA debit card or need a receipt for your insurance provider, all the resources are available. Please read the information below for FAQ's on FSA/HSA plans and how they work.
Please call our office at (909) 509-8228 Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm (PST) to use your FSA/HSA card and place your order.
(FSA/HSA cards can not be processed online)
