If defects are determined to be covered under warranty, 7eye by Panoptx will repair or replace the defective part at no charge. Foam, rubber, and removable eyecups are considered wear and tear parts but are warranted for its first 60 days with proof of purchase against any manufacturer defect. Foam, rubber, and removable eyecups that are peeling due to wetness on the product are not considered manufacturer defect. After 60 days, the foam, rubber, and removable eyecups are no longer covered under any warranty. Lens scratches are only covered for 30 days after purchase date and subsequently considered wear and tear parts and NOT covered under Lifetime Warranty. Photochromic lenses are warrantied for active light adjustment life up to 18 months with proof of purchase only. Additionally scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is also not covered due to wear and tear. 7eye by Panoptx handles every warranty claim and repair directly.

For prescriptions re-dos, due to change in prescription, can be made within 90 days from date of purchase. Shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority and guaranteed. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange, excluding prescription orders. Eyewear returned for credit or exchange must be in unused and salable condition including all original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Eyewear with the removable/fixed eyecup, that has been worn, abused, damaged, pet hair, cigarette smell or has any residue from facial products or medications, will be deducted $25 from refund. For prescription orders, the frame can be refunded. The prescription lens as it is customized to the customer cannot be refunded.
