7eye by Panoptx frames are warranted against defect in materials or manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. 7eye by Panoptx warranty does NOT cover against lost product or any defects due to wear/tear, improper use, improper repair, physical damage, neglect & improper fit. If defects are determined to be covered under warranty, 7eye by Panoptx will repair or replace the defective part at no charge. All 7eye frame warranty claims must be processed by an authorized 7eye eyewear professional. 7eye by Panoptx warranty processing fee is $11.95

Foam, rubber, and removable eyecups are considered wear and tear parts but are warranted for its first 30 days with proof of purchase against any manufacturer defect. Foam, rubber, and removable eyecups that are peeling due to wetness on the product are not considered manufacturer defect. After 30 days, the foam, rubber, and removable eyecups are no longer covered under any warranty. Lens scratches are only covered for 30 days after purchase date and subsequently considered wear and tear parts and NOT covered under warranty. Photochromic lenses are warrantied for active light adjustment life up to two years with proof of purchase only. Additionally scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is also not covered due to wear and tear. 7eye by Panoptx handles every warranty claim and repair directly.

Prescription Warranty: 

Disclaimer:  Customers are solely responsible for verifying that their eyewear fits properly and that their prescription is accurate prior to operating any motorized vehicle or equipment. By purchasing and using 7eye by Panoptx eyewear, the customer acknowledges and accepts that improper fit or inaccurate prescriptions may affect vision and safety. 7eye by Panoptx disclaims all liability for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of eyewear that does not fit properly or is not accurately prescribed.

RX ORDER REMAKE:   A one (1) time order remake on 7eye glasses made prescription lenses is permitted within a sixty (60) day period from the delivery date. Order re-makes include prescription and measurement changes, frame restyles, lens upgrades and changes, and coating add-ons. All order remakes may be billed a shipping fee. A $30 fee applies to all prescription re-dos that are not related to a defect.

RX NON_ADAPTS: Customer will have sixty (60 days) to return a prescription order that is deemed “non-adapt”. No refund will be issued for non-adapts submitted after sixty (60) days. LAB ERRORS: In the event of lab error, prescription lenses will be replaced at no cost within a sixty (60) day period of the delivery date.

RX CANCELED ORDERS:   If the lenses are not in process, the prescription order cancellation will be accepted at no charge. Any requests made after a customer order has been put in process will be charged for the prescription lenses only. 

All prescription sales are final.

Please include proof of purchase, return address and a phone number.  Given all parts are in stock, the product will be repaired and returned within 7 to 10 business days. We suggest using an insured, traceable shipping method as 7eye by Panoptx is not responsible for lost packages.

All 7eye lenses, including clear lenses, have 100% UVA + UVB protection and are made with shatter-resistant polycarbonate material. Please note there may be a reduction of peripheral vision depending on the design and fit of the eyewear. It is not intended for driving purposes.
