7eye by Panoptx frames are warranted against defect in materials or manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. 7eye by Panoptx warranty does NOT cover against lost product or any defects due to wear/tear, improper use, improper repair, physical damage, neglect & improper fit. If defects are determined to be covered under warranty, 7eye by Panoptx will repair or replace the defective part at no charge. 7eye by Panoptx warranty processing fee is $11.95
Foam, rubber, and removable eyecups are considered wear and tear parts but are warranted for its first 30 days with proof of purchase against any manufacturer defect. Foam, rubber, and removable eyecups that are peeling due to wetness on the product are not considered manufacturer defect. After 30 days, the foam, rubber, and removable eyecups are no longer covered under any warranty. Lens scratches are only covered for 30 days after purchase date and subsequently considered wear and tear parts and NOT covered under warranty. Photochromic lenses are warrantied for active light adjustment life up to two years with proof of purchase only. Additionally scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is also not covered due to wear and tear. 7eye by Panoptx handles every warranty claim and repair directly.
For prescriptions re-dos, due to change in prescription, can be made within 60 days from date of delivery of glasses. Shipping charges may apply. A $20 fee applies to all prescription re-dos that are not related to a defect.
