Omg. What a great customer experience. So I have owned a my third pair of 7eyes prescriptions, transición glasses, for 7 years. Loved them. Buy time and wear took its toll, and the legs broke. I reached punto 7 eyes and had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel. Wow he was awesome. My frames are discontinued, but he said he needed to check with warehouse, but they were closed until tomorrow. He reached out the next day with some great news and options. He got me set up with a new set of frames and a great price. Ty Daniel for the phenomenal customer service. Management give this man a good raise.
Before I got these glasses, I was blind as a bat, but I thought I could see after receiving these glasses. I realized how blind I actually was thank you pan optics you saved me from running people over on my motorcycle.
